UAE shipping and collection:

Delivery is available throughout the UAE with Quiqup.

If you would like to use another service for delivery such as Careem, this is possible, however this is at the clients cost.

Collection is available directly from me in Sobha Hartland, Dubai.

UK Shipping:

UK shipping is available with Skynet.

Prices for this service depend on the total weight and size of your packaged item.

Any additional fees and/or charges incurred are not the responsibilty of Homebird Gifts and must be paid by the recipient.

In addition:

Once your item is with the courier, Homebird Gifts does not accept responsibility for delivery timings or lost items.

As each piece is completely customised I do not accept returns, cancellations or offer refunds for unwanted pieces.

In the highly unlikely event your portrait arrives with you damaged in any way, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
